Due to the forge smith’s extensive experience in hammer forging and traditional handcrafting processes, their special effort, their continuous research,craftsman’s dedication and hard work, we can now offer the high-end traditional forged knives and also the premium Japanese Steel knives such as ZDP-189, HAP-40, R-2 and Aogami Super. Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan brand Traditional Forged Knives are some of the finest high-end Japanese Knives currently available. 

Today, we are launching the Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan YUTAKA 豊佳 Series: Special Limited Edition versions of our Limited Production Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Traditional Forged Knives.
