We normally reply to your e-mail messages and process your order transactions immediately after receiving them. Therefore, if you have not received an order confirmation or reply to your e-mail within a reasonable time frame, it may be possible that:

Delays can occur if your postman attempts to deliver your parcel, but you are not available to receive it. If you suspect that this has happened, please check the current status of your parcel by using your EMS Tracking Number on EMS Tracing system website. If the shipping status is displayed as “Attempted to be delivered”, your nearest local post office is keeping your parcel and waiting for you to contact them (Most local post offices will keep the parcel for 7 to 10 days before returning the parcel back to us). In this case, please contact your local post office with your shipping information and tracking number and ask them about either redelivering your parcel, or collecting it from them yourself (Proof of identity may be required).
We pay extra care and attention to inspect and pack your order correctly before shipment. However, should your parcel or item have any shipping damage, please notify us by email immediately (Attaching photos of the damaged parcel or item will help us to make an accurate assessment) and we will immediately work on resolving the problem.
