We often have requests from our customers for kitchen shears with good cutting performance. Kitchen Shears are an indispensable tool for many chefs. We hear some chefs even choose to do most of the cooking preparation work with only kitchen shears.
We strongly recommend these Kagayaki brand Kitchen Shears as a reliable daily cooking utensil and partner. The blade is made of hammer forged Inox steel by master forge-smiths from Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture in Japan. The polished stainless-steel handle offers a both comfortable and secure grip. The handle is slightly larger in size than average Japanese shears handles, thus specially designed to suit our customers.
The Kitchen Shears have an easy-to-dismantle structure for swift maintenance and cleaning. A New Kitchen Tool with sensational Japanese cutting performance is now available.

We regret that our current regular shipping methods (DHL, Fedex and EMS International shipping) have high shipping fees, so we are unfortunately unable to accept orders for relatively low-cost accessory items, such as these Kitchen Shears, on their own. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 situation, Japan Post is not currently allowing customers to use their cost-effective international shipping method, “Postal Small Packet Air Mail shipping method”.
We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience caused by this international shipping situation. To save on shipping costs, please purchase the Kitchen Shears and accessory items along with a knife / knives, so they can be shipped together.

Durable, able to separate the blades and both blades should be sharpenable a bit roomier and longer blades than the tojiro equivalent
I’m super happy with my purchase
I have never bought kagayaki brand and was hesitant to purchase these because they are almost 3x the price of cheaper shears, but I am happy I did. The quality, material, and feel of these are solid. I've used silky, Joyce Chen, messermeister, and tojiros. They do light and heavy work well, I'm satisfied.
Great kitchen shear!
A friend of mine asked where I got the knives. Referred him to JapaneseChefsKnife.Com. Pretty sure he got one after noticing how easy I was cutting pork with it. Great buy!
