This knife comes with D Shaped Magnolia Wooden Handle. (Normally designed for right hand use). For the left handed version, we work with the maker for adjusting the handle location suitable for left hand use.

This is the Carbon steel blade kitchen knife that can get rust and discolor easily, and requires extra care and attention to prevent rust.
I ordered this knife with the octagon handle which fits my hand wonderfully. It was sharp on arrival, but needed to be refined. Once I added my own sharpening, the knife has performed marvelously. It is well balanced for a smaller gyuto and hold its edge amazingly well. I use it for smaller items as I have other, larger knives as well.
This is the non KS, standard profile Mizuno gyuto. It will do what you would expect for a blue #1 steel to do. Cuts well and holds its edge. I ordered mine with an ebony handle and no shinogi. And it looks great.
This is a very robust workhorse and has slighly blade heavy balance point. Amazing knife.
This was not an inexpensive knife, so I had high expectations of the quality. Those expectations were met and exceeded with this beautifully hand-crafted knife. It is a pleasure to work with a finely made tool.
This Gyuto is an extremely well made knife. The size and overall dimensions are perfect for me. Out of the box it needed a little touch up on the a stone but after that it has been amazing. The edge retention so far seems great. I would definitely buy this again if anything were to happen to it. I highly recommend this knife.
