Misono has a line of Kitchen knives made of Swedish steel, but they don’t open which Swedish steel they use (Sandvic or Uddeholm?). They only say the blade is the EU made high carbon pure tool steel, hand forged each by each to ensure maximum sharp edge and edge retention, but will get rust .
