When people select own knife, cutting performance and edge retention are always one of the priority list. Moreover, it will be great if the knife does not require much additional care and attention in terms of daily maintenance,
This “Deep Impact” knife matches aforementioned preferences very well.

This is the Carbon steel blade kitchen knife that can get rust and discolor easily, and requires extra care and attention to prevent rust.
I've had this knife for a year now - I resisted reviewing it earlier, as a good product shows its real qualities only over time. This knife has met and exceeded all expectations. It has taken on a beautiful patina, it remains that sharpest knife I have, and it feels balanced and great to handle. This is not a fancy looking knife, but a workhorse and its gorgeous. Get one if and when it is back in stock. As to buying from JCK - I bought another knife I love from them.. fast delivery, great value, excellent quality.. I look to them for all my future knife needs...
Perfect blade - Kiváló penge
I believe the JCK Nature Deep Impact series has the best value after taking into consideration cost, hardness of cutting edge, maintenance, looks, and quality of workmanship. I have previously bought the Natures Deep Impact paring knife and use both the paring knife and santoku knife everyday.
love this knife. super sharp, great feel in the hand.
The CK Natures Deep Impact Series DI-2 Santoku is an excellent knife - high quality, sharp, and a clean look!
