We have received many of positive response  regarding SHIKI items from our customers.   SHIKI Damascus kitchen knives are their custom grade kitchen knife line with hand contoured handles and bolsters to  fit your hand comfortably.    VG10 core forged with 49 layered Nickel Damascus Stainless steel blade (HRC 60) with Dupont Ivory Corian Handle or Quince Burl  Wood Handle or Ebony Wood Handle. Full Tang construction with seamless stainless steel bolster and  decorative Mosaic pin.
