 Since we started to introduce our original brand gFu-Rin-Ka-Zan Special  Custom Made Yanagiba Seriesh, we have noticed our customers are seeking something extra for their own Japanese Traditional Style knives.
 Firstly we realized that the most people have special feeling about the  brand name, and have been selling the Japanfs top and legendary famous  Japanese Traditional Style Knife brands such as gMasamotoh and "Mizuno Tanrenjoh. We are proud   of their fine craftsmanship and will continue to sell these respected brands' fine Japanese Traditional Style knives.
 Our Original Brand gFu-Rin-Ka-Zan Japanese Traditional Style knivesh are still new in the market and people are not familiar with this brand name and products.

 However, we decided to start selling this new brand of Japanese Traditional Style knives with confidence and without any doubts. Because we believe from our researches and experiences that our Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Japanese Traditional Style knives fit well for oversea customersfneeds and demands. Also we have confidence of the special craftsmen team who are the top level skilled craftsmen in Sakai City, Osaka for Japanese traditional style forged chef knives.  These knives are great value for the price.

 While introducing the Special Built-to-order Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Yanagiba, we received many requests for other blade types of Japanese traditional style knives.

 Therefore we have selected and prepared wide variety of popular and unique Japanese Traditional style knives for Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Blue Stel #2 Hon Kasumi Series.
 We try to keep each item in inventory for immediate shipping. But once the  item is being sold out and out of stock, please allow approximate 2 to 4  weeks for the same model to be finished and available again.
 Each item comes with Octagon Shape Magnolia wood handle with Black color  of Water buffalo horn bolster and Magnolia Wooden Saya. Black Color Water  Buffalo Horn Bolster is  most common and basic color bolster with simple  looks, and also extra durability when compared to other coloring of Water  Buffalo Horn.

 Our Original Brand Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan Japanese Traditional style knives are now available with Japanfs special stainless steel gGingami No.3h blades. While your searching Japanese Traditional style knives, you see most of Japanese Traditional style knives are made of Carbon Steel. Yes. From long time ago, most of professional Sushi Chefs use the Carbon Steel blades of Japanese Traditional style knives. We believe the Carbon steel knivesfs cutting performance, ability and ease of re-sharpening are very excellent without any complains. However, the rust and discolor problems always come with the Carbon steel blade knives.

 Therefore, there are many people who prefer to own and use stainless steel blade for easier maintenance and more sanitary reason, especially for the foreign users.  However, it is true that many of the experienced Japanese Professional Sushi Chefs are still particular about using the Carbon steel blade knives, even by sacrificing the maintenance problems, as they have a prejudice for its better sharpness and edge retention

 Now time has passed. The new generationfs Japanese steel technology has made it possible to develop a special high carbon stainless steel material that is combined with both advantages of  the rust resistance and yet longer edge retention.


 Gingami No.3 is one of the most reliable Japanese Stainless steel with higher Carbon content 0.95 to 1.10% and Chromium 13 to 14.50%.

 Additionally, you can imagine how the traditional hammer forging process reacts to this fine steels to maximize the steelfs characteristics. @The repeated hammer forging process makes the blade much stronger with stabilized micro fine structures of each chemical featuring extra cutting performance and edge retention.
