This is the Stainless steel blade kitchen knife that has a good rust resistance for easy maintenance. However, it may get rust, if kept in wet condition.
Fit & Finish are excellent, sharpness ootb too! Excellent for cutting vegetables or even thin slices of small fish or meat as tappered down quite thin. Steel is perfect, even better than classic VG10, whatever VGold it may be (1,2,5...) I can really recommend this knife!
