These are Sukenarifs standard, economical and popular models for begining users of Sushi knives and professional chefs.

White Steel #2 Carbon Steel cutting edge core welded forged with soft iron. (HRC62 to 63)

Compared to other famous brand Sushi knives, Sukenari products are offered at the minimum price range. Because of the Sukenari original direct sales style, they manage to set an affordable price range for end-users.

Yet, of course, quality and manufacturing policy are not compromised. Blade heel and spine are finely hand polished for more comfortable and secure grip. You will certainly feel Sukenarifs philosophy and kind attention to users.

The Blade is finely sharpened and shiny; it looks like the knife is just waiting to be used by the owner.

As we explained, Sukenarifs business style (making the products and also selling directly to professional chefs by themselves) shows that Sukenari is very serious about quality and their knives always need to be practical and need to be selected as best tools by professionals.

Many Japanese professional chefs are satisfied with Sukenarifs standard model Hon Kasumi White Steel No.2 Series knives.  Purity Japanese Carbon Steel White Steel #2 makes remarkable cutting performance and ease of re-sharpening.
